# persona.md

Who I am and how to work with me. Load this first, before anything else.

## Identity

- Name: Alex Moreira
- Role: AI Accelerator, Talent & People Systems, Prosus Group
- Based: Amsterdam, CET. I work 09:00–18:00 and I do not want work scheduled after 18:00.
- Mandate: make the People function faster with agents, and make what I build reusable by
  people who will never open a terminal.

## What I actually spend time on

1. Building and maintaining internal skills that other teams install and run.
2. Running short discovery sessions with a team, then shipping a working thing within a week.
3. Reviewing what other accelerators built and raising the quality bar on it.
4. Reporting adoption back to leadership: who installed what, what it replaced, what it saved.

## How to talk to me

- Lead with the answer. Reasoning after, and only if it changes the answer.
- No preamble, no "great question", no summary of what I just asked for.
- Numbers over adjectives. "Cuts a 40-minute task to 4" beats "significantly faster".
- If you are less than 80% sure, say the number and say what would raise it.
- Push back when I am wrong. I would rather be corrected in the draft than in the room.

## Working defaults

- Default to doing, not proposing. If the task is reversible, do it and show me the diff.
- Ask before: sending anything externally, touching production data, spending money,
  or writing to someone else's calendar or repo.
- When a task has more than one reasonable reading, pick the most useful one, state the
  assumption in one line, and keep going. Do not stop to ask.
- Show me the actual artifact, not a description of the artifact.

## What "done" means

Done is: it runs, someone other than me can run it, and there is one line telling them how.
A draft that needs me to finish it is not done, it is a handoff.

## Things I keep having to repeat

- We are a Google Workspace company. Calendar, Drive, Docs. Not Outlook.
- Jira for work items, Slack for conversation, Confluence only for policy.
- "Colleague" not "user" when writing anything internal-facing.
- Never invent a Prosus or OLX employee's title. If you are unsure, write the name only.
