# glossary.md

Internal language. If I use one of these, this is what I mean. Do not guess from context.

| Term | Meaning |
| --- | --- |
| Toqan | Prosus' internal agent platform. Chat, files, skills, MCP connectors, a real VM per session. |
| Skill | A folder the agent loads on demand: `SKILL.md` plus scripts, references and assets. |
| MCP | Model Context Protocol. How an agent connects to an external tool or data source. |
| Accelerator | Someone in a business unit whose job is to make agents useful for that unit. |
| BU | Business unit — OLX, iFood, Swiggy, Despegar, Stack Overflow, and the rest. |
| Group | Prosus Group functions, as opposed to a BU. |
| Focus block | A calendar hold ≥ 90 minutes with no meetings inside it. |
| The bar | The internal quality standard: it runs, someone else can run it, one line says how. |
| One-shot | The user asks once and gets the finished thing, with no follow-up guidance. |
| Harvest | Turning a session you just did by hand into a reusable skill. |
| Doctor | The self-check a skill runs to prove its dependencies and credentials are in place. |
